01 · The website
Running right here
A copy of the website runs inside this page: scroll, click and switch between desktop and mobile. The site itself is in Portuguese, and its contact form is turned off here.
02 · The challenge
The previous website was slow on mobile and hard to maintain. The switch could not lose a single page Google already knew, and the team had to keep publishing in WordPress.
03 · The answer
A new homepage with the logo diamond in 3D particles that bursts into data as you scroll, a flow of 440 points crossing the five stages of the method, solutions in stacked cards and case studies on a horizontal rail. Underneath, a custom WordPress theme with no page builder that migrated all 229 URLs with the same SEO as the previous site.
- Homepage with 3D and scroll animation
- Custom WordPress theme
- Migration of 229 URLs
- SEO and GEO landing page
- Protected admin login
- Custom form anti-spam
04 · How it was made
Seven stages, one team
Each stage has an owner and a sign-off before the next one. AI is a tool in the process, never the author.
- 01Strategy and content
Discovery
A full crawl of the previous website: every URL, title, description and internal link became the source of truth for the migration.
- 02UX and architecture
Strategy and content
Copy kept from the original site, organized around the agency's own method: extract, organize, understand, analyze and turn into insight.
- 03Art direction
Architecture and wireframes
Homepage, inner pages, blog, solutions and case studies designed as one system, with inner pages on a light background for reading.
- 04Motion and interaction
Art direction
Blue night, cyan and the diamond as the signature. Sora for headings, Lato for text and JetBrains Mono for data.
- 05Development
Development
Three.js, GSAP and Lenis loaded after the first paint. A WordPress theme with the same content types as before and Yoast handling SEO.
- 06SEO, AEO and data
SEO, AEO and performance
Automated SEO comparison between the old and the new site, URL by URL, and a landing page dedicated to SEO and GEO.
- 07Quality and performance
Testing and delivery
PageSpeed before and after on every page template, anti-spam tested and the admin login on its own address.
05 · From wireframe to layout
Structure before style
Six screens along the scroll. Drag the divider: on one side the structure (blocks, headings, images and buttons), on the other the final layout.

08 · Who thought through each part
Seven disciplines, one website
- 01
Strategy and content
Who arrives, what they need to understand and in what order. The story is defined before any screen.
- 02
UX and architecture
Page map, wireframes and the path to the contact, tested on mobile first.
- 03
Art direction
Palette, typography, photography and the signature element that makes the site recognizable.
- 04
Motion and interaction
What moves, why and how fast. Everything respects visitors who ask for reduced motion.
- 05
Development
Hand-written code, no page builder: light HTML, inlined critical CSS and a custom admin panel when the client needs one.
- 06
SEO, AEO and data
Structure for Google and AI assistants: schema, answer-ready FAQ, metadata and privacy consent.
- 07
Quality and performance
PageSpeed, accessibility, security and testing on desktop and mobile before delivery.
